Imperium Corporate Services was founded by Christine Genocchio in 2017 when she saw that there was (and still is) a gap in the market for businesses who couldn’t afford, or didn’t have enough hours on offer, for a fulltime bookkeeper and HR/compliance expert. All three components are vital for any business, particularly with the legislative requirements from the ATO, Fair Work, Superannuation and other governing bodies. Time is valuable for all SME owners, so you need someone who will be in corner to ensure that your business is up to date and running smoothly.

Christine has 10+ years’ experience with Human Resources and the Financial sector and 10+ years’ experience with the Compliance sector.

From 2003-2016, Christine built up an open cut drill, blast and mining company and handled all of the financial, human resources and compliance management.

She understands that it is crucial for any business to have a synergy between the systems, talent and financial components if you wish to be a sustainable and profit-making business. A business must understand its risks and implement appropriate measures to reduce these risks while also finding opportunities to achieve strategic objectives.

Christine has exceptional understanding and experience with Human Resources Management, Internal/External Audits, Integrated Management Systems and all areas of Finance.
