Imperium Corporate Services was founded by Christine Genocchio in 2017 when she saw that there was (and still is) a gap in the market for businesses who couldn’t afford, or didn’t have enough hours on offer, for a fulltime HR/compliance and/or bookkeeper. All three components are vital for any business sustainability in their chosen field of work and can often be swept aside.

ICS will collaborate with you on the areas of improvement and create consistency, compliance and culture within your business structure. Packages are available for continued outsourcing of functions, support, direction, training and future objectives.

Christine has 10+ years’ experience with Human Resources and the Financial sector and 10+ years’ experience with the Compliance sector.

From 2003-2016, Christine built up an open cut drill, blast and mining company and handled all of the financial, human resources and compliance management.

She understands that it is crucial for any business to have a synergy between the systems, talent and financial components if you wish to be a sustainable and profit-making business. A business must understand its risks and implement appropriate measures to reduce these risks while also finding opportunities to achieve strategic objectives.

Christine has exceptional understanding and experience with Human Resources Management, Internal/External Audits, Integrated Management Systems and all areas of Finance.
